I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about our upcoming boot camp. I actually got the idea from watching a TV show. It seems that the Mixed Martial Arts is a great workout that a lot of people would like to try. The biggest thing has been how to incorporate it in a way that people could be safe and enjoy the workout. So I have been working on a 8 week program that will do just that.
This Boot Camp is for men and women. It is for women that needs to get in better shape and wants to be pushed and motivated and get results at the same time. It’s true, it really will be at 5:30 in the morning. Why? Because the biggest challenge when it comes to exercise or personal development is TIME. No one has nay time, too busy working, too busy with kids and not enough time for themselves.
