Meet Sensei
Hi, my name is Sensei Nick Dougherty. I currently teach martial arts at 150 Fries Mill Road in Turnersville, New Jersey. I have been teaching martial arts for the past 12 years. The past 8 years I have been teaching in the Washington Township Area, and have been very involved in helping people in the community. It makes me feel good to give back and surround myself with others who do the same.
If you heard about my boot camp class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30 AMĀ and would like additional information please send me an email at SenseiNick@championswayoflife.com. Our boot camp class is a mixture of boxing, grappling, kickboxing and fitness training. This class is for beginners only. Spaces are limited, so please call now for the March session.
I am also available to come to your group and do a boot-camp, kickboxing, or a team building program. I have been asked to work with the corporate sales team of the Wachovia center to help motivate and work on team building skills. In addition this spring I will be working with the Glassboro school system to help children set goals, and motivate them to become more confident.
All the best,
Sensei Nick

Here are my 5 quotes on goals:
1. the acheivement of your goal is assures the moment you commit to it.
2. goals can not be reached if you do not set them.
3. set your goals high and don’t stop until you’ve reached them.
4. if you want to reach a high goal you must take some chances.
5. life takes on meaningk when you set your goals and go after them.
Thank you:

my mom and I have been reading some quotes. we picked these together.
1. goals determine what you are going to be.
2. obstacles are those frightful things you see when taking your eyes off your goal.
3. only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.
4. god gives us dreams a size too big so that we can grow in them.
5. if you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.

Sensei Nick:
You’ve pulled through an incredible challenge the past few months….I think you should share the experience with the students of how determination and perseverance while facing adversity all comes together in the end…….
If only you could apply those attributes to playing poker………..

Dear Sensei Nick,
I have a BJJ school in Northern NJ and have been reading some of your stuff on championsway. I would love to meet you. I am always trying to grow and meet new people who have similiar goals and that I could learn from. Your words have been very helpful to myself and staff. Keep up the good work.
