Spread the Word

Thank everyone for their comments about the self defense seminar’s. Starting on Wednesday August 1st we will be posting our Women’s Self Defense Sign up sheets at the Turnersville location.  Please ask all family and friends if they would like to attend a seminar, and spread the word that there is no cost, and you don’t have to be a member!

 I will be sending out a group email with more information, please forward it to all your contacts. This will allow them to forward any questions to me. If you are a business owner this would be a great seminar for any women that work for you. I am also looking for women’s groups, church groups, and any other affiliations that could benefit from this experience.

Women’s Self Defense Month

The second week of July I did a women’s self defense seminar for a women’s group in Washington Way Apartments. I asked one of my adult students to attend, and assist with the seminar. After the seminar , he was so excited by the feedback we received that he was coming up with some great ideas on how we can take this to another level and reach out to an even broader audience.

During the month of September, we will be hosting free women’s self defense seminar’s at our location. We will be offering our services to local businesses, residents, students, and former students. Please post any questions that you may have on self defense, or questions about how we can do a free seminar for your group or business.
